In Store Pick Up: We have one retail location in Carson, California (we wish we could be everywhere!). In store pick ups, exchanges, or purchases can be made at our location within operating business hours of Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM with the exception of our lunch hour Noon - 1 PM. If you are unsure about holiday hours please feel free to give us a call and find out! Anyone is welcome to come to our store front to make a purchase and try out some of our products! Please come prepared if you are picking up lashes for your artist (we will not be able to tell what kind of lashes you are wearing by looking at them... maybe one day though!)
Shipping Time: All packages are shipped out 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Shipping time does not include transit time. Please allow a couple extra days when placing an order to ensure your package gets delivered when you need it. If you place an order for 2 day express or overnight shipping please remember this is transit time and does not include how long it takes us to process your order here! We would love for everyone to get their packages instantly but due to increasing sales and our hours of operations some packages may take longer to process. We appreciate all your patience with us ! xoxo
Refunds and Exchanges: For sanitary reasons we cannot accept any returns on product once it has left our office. If your product is defective or damaged we will be happy to work with you to rectify the situation! Please let us know upon receiving the product if this is the case! Should you order too many lashes or the wrong lashes, we are not liable for returning your purchase price. We are committed to 100% quality and cleanliness, and cannot re-sell lashes
International Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping cost is calculated at checkout. If you are unable to complete shipping to your country, please email us at email@example.com
Currently we only offer international shipping via FedEx. Shipping cost is calculated through FedEx based on the weight of your package.
International Duties and Fees: Meraki Lashes is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees associated with importing goods to countries outside the United States. The purchaser is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other associated fees for importing their orders. Meraki Lashes does not charge importing fees, these fees are charged to purchasers by their country. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding this as we do not want you to be surprised about additional costs when receiving your package from us
Signature Confirmation: All orders of $50 or more will automatically include a non-optional signature confirmation. If you miss your delivery, please contact your local post office to arrange a new delivery or pickup from the post office. If signature requirements are inconvenient for you, please feel free to shoot us an email and we can send you a signature waiver form!

Promoters, Ambassadors, Models: We currently are NOT taking any applications for models, brand ambassadors, or promoters. The best way to support our brand is on social media IG @ MerakiLashes and Facebook Meraki Lashes.

Distribution: At this time we are not looking to partner with any salons, lash artists, or retailers as distributors. If you want to recommend or use our product please direct future lash lovers to our website merakilashes.com
Sold Out Items: If an item you are looking to purchase is out of stock online, it is totally out of stock. Please feel free to keep an eye on our Instagram page @Merakilashes or sign up on the website for our newsletters! Trust us when we say we know how important it is for you to have your products and we do apologize if we are sold out of anything that you need. You will let you be the first to know when we are restocked if you follow the above tips to find out about restock!
Class Info: For classes with Cammy, please call Blossom Beauty Lounge at 310-316-5500. If no one answers please leave a message. Meraki Lashes does not have information on class schedules or availability.
Pre-Made Fan: Our pre-made fans are heat bonded at the base so there is no additional glue. Pre-made fans are in fact made with volume lashes but please note that they are not the same thing for purchasing intentions on our website! 'Volume Lashes' are single lashes that artists use to create a fan while pre-mades are fans already made for you. If you are unsure please feel free to ask for assistance with your purchase.
